John Stokes Park
Oct. 2018
This natural beauty is one that I hold near and dear to my heart. My friends and I discovered this secluded, mysterious spot spontaneously while adventuring, it quickly became our weekly hangout. I hold countless, irreplaceable memories here. Finding ourselves among the trees after our busy, stressful school days, the crisp air and swooshing current allowed us the perfect space to unwind. Taking turns on the rope swing, conversing about whatever came to mind, shooting fun and creative photos among the surrounding nature, we wistfully left our worries behind.
Austin 360 Bridge
Sep. 2018
Discovering the Austin 360 Bridge, also known as Pennybacker Bridge, was quite the event. This picturesque spot ensures one of the most breathtaking views around this area. A crucial piece to Austin’s many popular sites. Not only is the hike extremely exhilarating, but the feeling when you finally get to the top is even more gratifying. Enjoying this view with friends, like I did is even better!
Estes Park, Colorado
Jan. 2021
A beautiful trail overlooking the mountains of Colorado, Estes Park is a wonderful place to explore. Embarking on a hike with a group of friends filled the day with laughter. Surrounded by nature, a notable destination along the way is a little forest of lovers – where people (or animals) carved their initials into a garden of long, tall trees. Next, after enduring the 2.5 hour hike to the top, lies an enigma known as “Gem Lake” – a frozen lake with mountains surrounding its edges. I was enthralled by the beauty and wonder of the journey.
